- 4 lbs pork shoulder
- 1/3 cup minced garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 cups orange juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1/2 red pepper, cut into slices
- 1/2 yellow pepper, cut into slices
- Corn tortillas, tangy slaw, jalapeño slices for serving

How to cook Cuban Style Pulled Pork
Instructions
- Cut the pork shoulder into about 6 pieces.
- Place pork in a large bowl.
- Add garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, mustard, brown sugar, lemon and orange juice.
- Mix everything well and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator
- Cook with the marinade, either in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours
- Remove meat from juices, let it cool down.
- Pull beef apart with fork.
- In a large pan reduce juices over medium high heat until it is half the volume.
- Add the pulled pork, plus the onion wedges and pepper slices
- Heat through until onion starts to wilt.
- Serve over corn tortillas, topped with tangy cole slaw and jalapeño slices
