Black Garlic Creamy Vinaigrette

Black Garlic Creamy Vinaigrette

Yield: 3/4 Cup of dressing
An exciting and exotic way to add garlic zing to your veggies! This awesome, sweet and sour dressing works well with any mix of vegetables. Black garlic adds a surprising sweetness!

Ingredients

  • 1 head of Black Garlic (10-12 cloves)
  • 1/4 cup White wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt 

Instructions

  1. Peel the black garlic cloves.
  2. Make sure to remove all pieces of skin and the tough part at the base of each clove.
  3. To a processor, add the garlic cloves, vinegar, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pulse a few times until the garlic cloves are finely minced, almost pureed.
  4. Add the yogurt and process until smooth.
  5. Use immediately for your favorite salad. Or store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. Shake well before serving
