Oats have been hallmarked forever as a super food. It’s benefits are endless! So much so that across all aisles in our supermarkets, oats are a staple bio ingredient that catch our attention. Oat cookies, oat cereals, oatmeal, oat breads. Adding oats to daily usuals like yogurts, smoothies, pancakes, muffins and protein shakes, boosts their health benefits. So what are these benefits?
